DeSales University is located on Station Avenue in Center Valley, Pennsylvania, one mile south of Route 378, a mile from where 378 meets 309.

From New York/New Jersey: Take the NJ Turnpike and/or I-287 to I-78 West across N.J. and into Pa. to Route 309 South (Exit 60A). Take Route 309 South for about three miles. At the intersection of Route 309 and Route 378, make a left onto Route 378. Stay on Route 378 North for about one mile and turn right at Preston Lane. Take Preston Lane to Landis Mill Road and turn right. Take Landis Mill Road to Station Avenue and turn left onto Station Avenue.

From Scranton and north: Take the NE Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-476) to Exit 33 (Route 22). Proceed east 1/8 mile on Route 22 to Route 309 South. In a few miles, Route 309 joins with I-78. Continue south on the combined I-78/Route 309 until Route 309 branches off toward the south at (about 5 miles) Exit 60. Continue south on Route 309 for another 3 miles. At the intersection of Route 309 and Route 378, make a left onto Route 378 North. Stay on Route 378 North for about one mile and turn right at Preston Lane. Take Preston Lane to Landis Mill Road and turn right. Take Landis Mill Road to Station Avenue and turn left onto Station Avenue.

From Harrisburg and west: Proceed east on Interstate 78 to Route 309 South (Exit 60). Continue south on Route 309 another 3 miles. At the intersection of Route 309 and Route 378, make a left onto Route 378 North for 0.5 miles and turn right at Preston Lane. Take Preston Lane to Landis Mill Road and turn right. Take Landis Mill Road to Station Avenue, turn left onto Station Avenue.

From Philadelphia and south: Take the NE Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-476) to Exit 44 (Quakertown exit). Turn left on Route 663 North toward Quakertown, turn left onto Route 309 North, and drive 8 miles to the intersection of Route 309 and Route 378. Turn right onto Route 378. Stay on Route 378 North for about one mile and turn right at Landis Mill Road. Take Landis Mill Road to Station Avenue and turn left onto Station Avenue. Mill Road. Take Landis Mill Road to Station Avenue, turn left onto Station Avenue.

Billera Hall (Gymnasium)/Athletic Fields: To reach Billera Hall and Athletic Fields, turn right off Preston Lane onto Landis Mill Road. Billera Hall and parking lot is on the right.
